❤ Start by ordering a sizing kit to measure your nails. Sizing kit = perfect, comfortable, natural fit.

❤ Once you know your sizes, choose from:
★ Custom Anime/Character sets
★ Limited Anime Drops
★ Anime Artist Choice
★ Solid/Glitter sets

❤ Custom slots open every Monday at 8am EST and close on Friday (10 slots/week).

❤ A fit that feels comfortable, natural and flawless. Think of it like trying on shoes. Precise sizing means a confident fit.

❤ It prevents pop‑offs, gaps, and discomfort.

If you’re in between sizes, it is better to size up and file down the press-on nail before application so it fits your nail.

Yes! Every set comes with application instructions on the back of the card and:
❤ Liquid glue (for long wear)
❤ Glue tabs (temporary wear)
❤ Nail file
❤ Alcohol wipes
❤ Sponge buffer
❤ Cuticle pusher

❤ With proper prep + care: up to 14+ days per wear.

❤ With gentle removal + cleaning, nails can be reused up to 5 times, making them cost‑efficient and fan‑worthy! Treat it like your vital instrument from Gachiakuta.

❤ 100% gel product.
❤ Soft gel material (nail tips) = flexible, comfortable, and durable.
❤ Premium products like Japanese + Korean gels used for shine, strength & detail.

Processing time is how long it takes me to create your nail sets and does NOT include shipping time.

Processing times for:
❤ Custom sets: 1 to 3 weeks (processing time may be longer during high volume).

❤ Limited anime drops and anime artist choice sets: 2 to 6 weeks (may be longer during high volume).

❤ Solid/glitter nail sets: 1 to 2 business days.

❤ Sizing kits: 1 to 2 business days.

All products are shipped from Canada! Please ensure you double check that your shipping information is accurate before you place your order.

Estimated shipping time:
❤ Domestic (within Canada): 2 to 8 business days.*
Letter mail (no tracking): 2 to 10 business days.*

❤ U.S.: 2 to 8 business days.    
NOTE: Your orders won’t incur any tariffs or import fees, so no surprises at delivery!     

❤ International: 4 – 10+ business days**

Tracking is provided with all orders (except domestic letter mail).

** Please note that customs may delay international deliveries. We are not responsible for any customs or duties incurred – these are the customers responsibility.

We are not responsible for delayed, lost and/or damaged packages and any carrier errors.

❤ Yes! Add “Rush Order” before checkout.

❤ Rush sets are processed in 2–4 business days.

❤ Plan ahead for events like conventions!

❤ No returns or exchanges due to nature of the product.

❤ Once scanned, the package is out of our hands.

❤ We do not offer refunds for lost/missing packages.
