To place an order, you start by ordering a sizing kit to determine your nail sizes and preferred shape. When you know your sizes and are ready to order, you can choose between ordering a custom set, mystery set, solid set or a set from our curated collections!

Custom orders open every Monday at 8AM EST on a first come first serve basis. There are only 10 custom slots available weekly. For a detailed step-by-step outline on how to place a custom order, visit our 'How to Order' page.

If you don’t know what you want in a custom set, you can choose from my limited drop, artist choice or manga style nail sets.

Limited drops will feature unique nail designs that will not be restocked once they sell out. Artist choice sets are nail sets I have designs for and would love to recreate. They are one of a kind sets and will not be reproduced or turned into a preset!

All new customers are required to order a sizing kit. Each kit includes instructions on how to size your nails and includes one nail in every size of the shape you’ve selected, with 00 being the biggest size and 9 the smallest. When you purchase a sizing kit, you will receive a 10% discount code towards your first order. Sizing kits ordered within Canada receive FREE lettermail shipping (no tracking).

If you want to switch or try different shapes/lengths, you'll need to be resized as measurements differ amongst the shapes/lengths.

Once you have successfully sized your nails, you are ready to place your order!

Will you purchase an item of clothing without trying them on first to ensure they fit you correctly? The answer is most likely no. Purchasing a sizing kit ensures that the nails will fit you perfectly. Although this adds time until you can place an order, it is essential in ensuring you receive nails that fit you!

I spend a lot of time working on orders and you’re spending money on a nail set so making sure we get it right means no mistakes.

If you’re in between sizes, it is better to size up and file down the press-on nail before application so it fits your nail.

A draft mock-up for custom sets is available for Saiyan and Emperor tiers only. Mock-ups need to be approved by the customer before I start working on the set. Mock-ups take 2 to 3 business days to complete. You can request changes to the draft only once. When you have approved the final mock-up, I will begin working on your set.

No mock-ups provided for artist choice and manga style sets.

Yes! Each order comes with a full application kit and instructions on how to apply them located at the back of the nail card. It includes:

With proper prep and application, Anamated Nails can last up to 14+ days per wear. They are reusable up to 5 times with proper care and removal making them more cost-efficient.

All nails are made from 100% soft gel materials for maximum flexibility, comfort, and durability. We use high quality products like Japanese and Korean gel polish ensuring you’re receiving the best quality product and art!

Processing time is how long it takes me to create your nail sets and does NOT include shipping time.

❤ Custom sets: 1 - 3 weeks (includes mock-up time for Saiyan and Emperor tiers; processing time may be longer during high volume).
NOTE: Custom orders are in production once you have approved the draft mock-up provided (Saiyan and Emperor tiers only).

❤ Limited drops and artist choice sets: 2 – 6 weeks (may be longer during high volume).

❤ Manga style nails sets: 1 - 3 weeks (may be longer during high volume).

All press-on sets and sizing kits are handmade in Canada and then shipped to their final destination. Once your order has been processed (processing times vary depending on custom, limited drop, artist choice or manga style sets), you will receive an email confirming your order has been fulfilled and shipped. Tracking will be updated once your package is scanned by the courier.

If you require your press-on nails sooner than the processing times provided, you can add a ‘Rush Order’ request to your cart before checkout. The processing time for rush orders is 2 to 4 business days. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions!

Please ensure you plan ahead well in advance if you require a nail set for a special occasion/event.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product and for hygiene purposes, I do not offer any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Once the package has been picked up by the courier and the tracking number associated to the order has been updated, Anamated Nails hands over any and all accountability for shipping, transit and delivery. Anamated Nails assumes no responsibility for lost or missing packages and are not required to issue refunds or replacements on these orders.

If your order is marked as 'delivered' by the courier and it is missing, please contact your local post office.
